Situated just a stones throw from the Maribyrnong River, the Esplanade is a collection of three bespoke townhomes. The homes sit proudly within the street, with strong lines and subtle detailing providing a contemporary aesthetic. Utilising the laneway, vehicle access was moved to the rear with a second level providing a studio or home office above. The introduction of a fernery softens the corridor and brings soft light and relief into the ground plane and complements a simple internal palette.
