Designed for young families, we created a dual-occupancy that sits proudly within the streetscape and maximises the outlook to the parkland to the rear. The challenge was always about balancing the needs of the client whilst responding to the planning controls. Our vision was to create a strong and simple form that creates a contemporary response to its context, but sits comfortably within the street. Internally, a simple and refined palette creates an elegant set of spaces to complement the exterior.
